As the heavy-duty flagship in our full range of helicopter tugs, the Model 4 sits at the top of our lineup, above the base Model E and midrange Model MS.
The Model 4 features the same longer battery life, dual casters and standard auxiliary power unit as the Model MS, with the addition of an LED spotlight and heavy duty lift capabilities.

The Model 4 delivers the largest lifting capacity in our lineup (up to 11,900 lbs) through a hydraulic lifting system paired with four Optima AGM non-spillable batteries for 6–8 hours of continuous runtime. Its 1 hp DC motor, electric braking, and variable speed control up to 3 ft/s keep even the heaviest aircraft under smooth, precise, single-operator control.
Built for the most demanding operations, the Model 4 comes standard with a built-in auxiliary power unit (APU) for use as a portable ground power unit, an LED spotlight for low-light work, and dual casters that distribute heavy loads for added stability. Overload protection with an auto-reset 100 amp breaker and a grooved drive wheel keep movement controlled and dependable in the toughest conditions.
