Our products are warranted by Chopper Spotter, Inc. against defects in manufacturer workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Batteries are warranted for one year from the date of delivery but does not include shipping. Note that every battery is inspected with a professional grade battery tester before being installed. The warranty applies to new machines and replacement parts only. Warranty does not include labor, loss of product use, or loss of business revenue and profits. Any modification of Chopper Spotter’s electrical system must be pre-approved and documented by Chopper Spotter. Failure to do so voids the electrical component’s warranty. Contact us for questions.
